Our History
The Story Behind It All
In 2017, Michael saw an opportunity to embrace Harbour Island in a way true to heart. As second-generation owner of a three-generation real estate development company and Principal of 4M, Michael's professional pursuits have long been rooted in family, with a mission to build from integrity for people, place and passion.
Upon discovering a parcel of land and marina for sale on Harbour Island, Michael found a way to merge his personal and professional pursuits by giving back to the island that had given him so much. And to do so with his family.
